Raindance 2019 Volunteer Program

We are offering a 3-day festival pass in exchange for your volunteer commitment. We require that you work 12 hours, made up of 3 four hour shifts, in exchange for your festival pass. All volunteers must submit a $200 deposit to qualify to volunteer. Volunteers are responsible to purchase their own parking pass and also pay a $30 non-refundable impact fee. To volunteer for Raindance please follow these steps:

1. Fill out the application



2. Send in your $200 deposit by PayPal to paypal.me/RaindanceVolunteer. All deposits and applications must be in by September 7th, 2019. Make sure to include your full name and that it matches with the one on the application form. Upon completion of the volunteer requirements, after the event, the transaction will be reversed in full. If you do not complete your volunteer requirements the transaction will not be reversed. Your application will be processed when the PayPal amount is received.



3. Schedule your shift. If your application has been approved, you will be sent the schedule to choose your shifts. If your application is denied, you will be notified and your deposit will be returned to you.


4. Confirm your shifts. Once your shifts have been confirmed, you will be sent your acceptance letter. This letter will contain the details of your work shifts and any special arrival on site information. You are not considered a Raindance Volunteer until you receive this letter.
